1. General Use of the Service
1.1
These Terms apply to the use of the Eevastyle.com online service (the "Service").
If a separate service agreement or written offer has been made between the User and the Service Provider, and it includes terms that differ from these Terms, the separate agreement shall take precedence. These Terms then supplement that agreement.
1.2
The purpose of the Service is to provide styling services, style consultation, and dressing advice, either as an online session or an in-person home visit. Additional services such as clothing repairs and garment design may be offered under a separate agreement.
The Service also includes digital products such as guides, digital style notes, online courses, and other materials.
Payment terms differ between online sessions and home visits; otherwise, these Terms apply to both.
1.3
The steps required to enter the agreement are: creating a User account, completing the questionnaire form, and booking an appointment. Based on the form, the Service Provider may recommend a suitable service option. The User may decline or request a different model.
1.4
The Service Provider does not review or modify documents, materials, or other data entered into the Service without the User's explicit permission or a legal obligation.
1.5
All publicly available materials in the Service—such as digital guides, online courses, digital style notes, images, and other content—are protected by copyright. All rights belong to the Service Provider.
It is strictly prohibited to distribute such content to the public, including publishing it under one's own name on websites, competing services, or any environment where multiple third parties may access the material.
1.6
The primary language of the Service is Finnish. The Service Provider may offer material in other languages at their discretion.
1.7
The User agrees to comply with Finnish law and good practice when using the Service.
2. User Rights and User Information
2.1
Only an adult with full legal capacity, or a legal entity registered in the Trade Register or Association Register, may register as a User.
2.2
During registration, the User must provide all required identification and payment information ("User Information") so that the User can be identified.
2.3
All personal information, address details, and payment information provided must be accurate and up to date.
If the User represents a company, they must have the right to act on its behalf.
2.4
A personal user profile may not be transferred or shared with another person.
3. Data Protection
3.1
The Service Provider stores User information and related documents confidentially, using appropriate security measures. Only the Service Provider has access to the materials.
3.2
Users are registered in the Service Provider's customer database. Personal data is processed according to the principles described in the Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy").
By using the Service, the User accepts these principles.
The current Privacy Policy is available at: www.eevastyle.com/tietosuojaseloste/
3.3
Usernames and passwords are personal and must not be shared or handled carelessly.
If login details become known to a third party, the User must notify the Service Provider without delay.
3.4
For security reasons, the Service Provider may require the User to change their password at any time.
3.5
The Service Provider does not review the User's own uploaded content (documents, notes, files, etc.), as noted in section 1.4. The User is responsible for ensuring they have the right to process such data and for complying with applicable data protection laws, excluding the technical security safeguards required of the Service Provider.
3.6
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement on the processing of personal data.
3.7
If the User has their own documented instructions concerning the handling of personal data they upload, they must provide these to the Service Provider prior to registration.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1
The Service includes both paid and free elements (free elements refer to the six-month consultation included in the "STYLE VIP" package).
The current price list ("Price List") is available at: https://www.eevastyle.com/palvelut-ja-hinnasto/
4.2
Paid services are invoiced as agreed. In-person services may be paid via invoice, card, or other offered payment methods. Payment must be visible in the Service Provider's account before the appointment, otherwise the Service Provider may postpone or cancel the service.
4.3
Offers and discounts are one-time benefits unless otherwise stated. Creating multiple accounts to bypass normal pricing is prohibited.
4.4
If the User fails to pay for an ordered service (such as an online session), the Service Provider may issue an invoice if another payment method was agreed.
4.5
Unless otherwise agreed, the Service is charged in full. Installment options may be offered. Repeated late payments may result in all remaining installments becoming immediately due.
4.6
External payment service providers may be used for payment processing (e.g., credit card or online banking payments). The payment provider is Paytrail Oyj.
4.7
A reasonable invoicing fee may be added to invoice payments. Payment term: 14 days net.
4.8
If a User chooses a home visit or another location requiring long travel, the Service Provider may charge a separately agreed travel fee.
5. Service Content and Maintenance
5.1
The purpose of the Service is to deliver the agreed styling or consultation service as described on the website. The User may upgrade to a more extensive service for an additional reasonable charge.
The Service Provider may temporarily disable the Service or parts of it for maintenance or other necessary reasons without liability for compensation. Efforts will be made to inform the User of significant interruptions in advance.
6. Validity and Changes
6.1
These Terms become binding once the User is granted access to the Service (after submitting the questionnaire).
6.2
The Service Provider may change the Price List or service options. If substantial changes are made, the User may terminate the service and receive a refund for unused prepaid services.
6.3
The Service Provider may cancel the User's access if the User violates these Terms.
If the User fails to attend an agreed appointment, the service fee is not refunded.
6.4 – Force majeure
Both parties are released from obligations during events such as war, large-scale disruptions, natural disasters, or similar unforeseeable circumstances beyond their control.
6.5
If any part of these Terms becomes invalid, all remaining sections remain in force.
7. Booking System and Appointment Terms
7.1
The booking system must be completed truthfully. The User fills out the questionnaire before booking. If the booking is made first, the Service Provider may contact the User to obtain the required information.
7.2
The Service Provider may register the User's personal data after receiving the questionnaire. Personal data is used only to provide the best possible service experience.
7.3
By submitting the questionnaire, the User registers for the Service and a binding service agreement is formed.
7.4
If an appointment has been agreed and the User cannot attend, the Service Provider is not obliged to refund the payment. A new appointment will be arranged within a reasonable time (max. one month), except in cases of serious illness, injury, death, or force majeure.
If the Service Provider cannot deliver the service due to an unforeseen obstacle, the User will receive a full refund.
8. Other Terms
8.1
Finnish law applies. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled in the District Court of Helsinki.
8.2
Consumers may take disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board after first contacting Consumer Advisory Services.
8.3
The Service Provider may use the names and logos of corporate clients as references unless the client prohibits this in writing. Confidential information will not be disclosed
