Design Eeva Koljonen Tmi, Business ID 3442531-4 (hereinafter "the Online Store"), sells products to private individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to make changes to these delivery terms and to prices. All prices include VAT.

Ordering
Products are selected on the website and added to the shopping cart. The order is submitted by paying for the contents of the cart at checkout.
By placing an order, you accept these Delivery Terms, the product prices, and the delivery costs.
If you provide an email address at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent to you. The confirmation includes the ordered products and the total price.
Payment
Payment Service Provider
Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license.

Payment Methods
Through the Paytrail service, you can pay using online banking credentials, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice, or installment options.
Available payment methods include:
OP, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard.
MobilePay:
You can pay using your MobilePay wallet if online payments are enabled in the app settings. Payments are charged from the card linked to the wallet. If the charge cannot be completed, MobilePay cannot be used for online purchases.
Delivery
For non-digital products, orders are shipped on business days.
Digital orders are delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
Typical delivery time for items in stock is 3–5 business days.
Delivery costs are specified on the product page.
If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, you must notify the Online Store immediately and no later than within 14 days. Damage to packages during delivery must also be reported to the Online Store without delay.
Returns
Customers have a 14-day right of return under Finnish consumer protection law, provided the product is unopened and in its original, saleable condition.
For online courses and downloadable files, logging in to the course or downloading the file counts as opening the product, and the right of return expires immediately.
Customers may return or exchange all or part of their order.
Returned or exchanged products must be in their original packaging and saleable condition.
If you wish to return or exchange products, please contact the Online Store first for return instructions.
Include your name, contact details, and bank account number for possible refunds.
Order Cancellation, Liability for Defects, and Complaints
The Online Store has statutory liability for defects in sold products.
