Customer and marketing register

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

We collect personal data in order to:

• identify the customer and manage access rights

• manage orders placed by registered users

• maintain and develop the customer relationship

• improve the quality of our services

• develop new services

• provide customised content and service experiences

The legal basis for processing personal data is the agreement between the service provider (Eeva Style) and the invoiced customer, and the related legal obligations.

We also collect personal data for marketing purposes from the Facebook page facebook.com/eevastyle and from the website eevastyle.com.

Data Collected and Storage

We collect the following personal data:

• Name

• Postal address

• Email address

• Information provided on the questionnaire form

• Purchased products and services

• Technical online identifiers (such as IP address or similar)

Storage locations and retention periods

Personal data is stored:

• in the email archive for seven years (webshop receipts)

• in accounting records for seven years in paper form at the accounting office

• in the email program for as long as you wish to receive emails

• in the Reservio booking system

• on the company's computer hard drive (billing customers only)

We do not store personal data on paper, except for the accounting material required by law.

Cookies

We collect information about visitors to the Eevastyle.com website using cookies. This information is used to develop our business and to target marketing.

A notice about cookie collection appears automatically when a person first visits the website. Other websites that may be linked from our site collect and use cookies according to their own policies. Each visitor must accept or decline cookies separately for each site.

If a person does not accept the collection of data, they must stop using that website immediately.

The collection of cookies can be blocked on all websites by installing a suitable browser extension, such as Disable Cookies for Chrome (https://singleclickapps.com/disable-cookies/).

Protection of the Register

Electronically stored data is kept in the information systems of Design Eeva Koljonen (Tmi), where both technical and organisational measures are used to ensure data security.

Such measures include, for example, password protection of devices and daily backups. Only the company's personnel have access to the data.

Data collected in the registers is not disclosed outside the company for marketing, sales, opinion, or market research purposes. Personal data may, however, be disclosed to authorities in accordance with Finnish law when required.

Regular Sources of Data

Personal data recorded in the register is regularly obtained:

• directly from the customer when ordering a product or service (for example when filling in a questionnaire form), and

• when the person subscribes to the email list.

Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is received and processed by employees of our company. The following parties may also process the personal data you provide. Not all parties process all data (for example, questionnaire data is processed only by company staff):

• employees of our company

• the selected payment service provider, which receives payment for the service

• Facebook Inc., located outside the EU

• Google LLC, located outside the EU

• Webnode website provider as an indirect technical party

Right of Access, Rectification, Objection, and Deletion

The data subject has the right to know what information about them is stored in the register.

To exercise the right of access, the data subject should contact the register contact person by email at eeva@eevastyle.com.

The data subject also has the right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. The correction request must specify which information is incorrect and provide the corrected information. To exercise this right, the data subject should contact the register contact person.

The data subject may withdraw their consent to marketing at any time by sending an email to eeva@eevastyle.com.

The data subject also has the right to object to the processing of their data and to request deletion of their data if the company has no legal obligation to continue processing the personal data. To request deletion, the data subject should contact the register contact person.
